erm....
you know, first week is always the worst one.
Newbie are mean to be train(bully)..... =w=
Cleaning, chopping, preserving......
Washing, cutting, baking.....
Designing, cooking oven-ing....
Salmon, chicken, bacon...
Sandwich, Salsa, Pasta...
Wagyu, Rib eye, T-bone...
Everyday we repeat and repeat the same process.
Why? because.....
Sky lounge is about to open...
Our new shop at highway, Bercham.
We have to work extra hard
to make sure we will have a good opening.
Having enough food to serve
Having nice surrounding
Having pleasure environment.
Then....
CNY is around the corner.....
We have to make sureEverything will be operating fine.
when all Chinese staffs are off, by taking turns.
Thus, we have to give extra effort now
so later we no need to kelam-kabut and huru-hara
So, basically this newbie week, farking tired la XD
